      Co workers are awesome. Opportunities for growth if the owners changed

      Cons

      Fake promises on growth potential. They don't even offer close to what you see on indeed. You are not whole selling, you are not the manufacture and they try not to even pay you wholesale commission 2% when your pretty much doing retail. Would not recommend this place. If you look into the parking lot you can tell no one is making any money. Enough said!!!

      Pros

      Coworkers are nice and friendly. You can miss work consistently and not get fired. Very "easy" working environment.

      Cons

      DO NOT WORK HERE. This company is a joke and the people they hire are jokes too. No employees I've encountered had any formal education so the hiring standard is as low as it gets. If you are a teenager and need a job, this is the place for you. Hourly pay is barely above minimum wage. There is no growth opportunities either. Management does not want to reward employees with increase in salary but rather giving "house accounts" so you have to continually work to to get your raise (if you want to call it a raise). If they continue to not compensate their workers, they will always be hiring college dropouts and high school graduates. Just to put it simply people do not work there for longer than a year at most.

      - Lot of market opportunity - Average pay according to industry - FINALLY under new management!!!! - Great co-workers and smart managers

      Cons

      -To much drama w/ upper management -no health insurance -no 401k or any retirement plan - very cheap and stingy company
