      Your on your own, it’s a high stress high workload job. Your the one to blame from drivers to management. Don’t expect to be helped. Your short staffed and always expected to do more. Moral is horrible.

      I’ve been at Earp Distribution less than a year and I’m already very impressed. The pay is competitive, and the company truly has that family-owned feel while still operating at a high, professional level. Leadership is approachable, open to ideas, and genuinely listens. I feel trusted to do my job without being micromanaged, and the flexibility they offer makes it easy to maintain a good work-life balance. You can tell they care about their employees. A major bonus—they provide free lunch every day, which is a huge perk and really shows they care about their team. Overall, it's a great place to work and grow.

      Cons

      The company does conduct random drug testing, including for THC, which might be a downside for some, especially in states where it's legal. It’s important to be aware of their policies from the start.
