Pros

- At least it makes you sound like you worked in a big 4 company - Flexible work hours (you can work late, but then you have to leave late too)

Cons

- HK small enterprise stupid and narrow mindset (even with the EY name, you are not global or international at all) - Unrealistic project timelines with low-ass resources (in fact you basically have no resources most of the time) - They fired so many people that no one is left to actually finish things on time - Low salary and with basically zero incentives - No standard procedures ever — everything is handled randomly all the time - Wasting tons of time dealing with those pointless EY training requirements and compliance crap

Minimal Interaction and Passive Onboarding

Pros

Flexible work arrangements with remote options Quiet office environment, suitable for focused work.

Cons

Most employees work remotely, making the office feel empty and disconnected. Limited interaction and engagement; colleagues rarely initiate greetings or communication. Onboarding process lacked structure and proactive support. Manager appeared very busy and provided minimal guidance, making it hard to learn effectively. Overall culture felt passive and not highly collaborative. Salary lower than average
