Working for past 4 years in ESIC.Provides a decent and stable job with regulated working hours.A statutory body that provides very useful service like medical benefits, disablement benefits etc to the needy insured person.It gives immense work satisfaction to help the Insured persons / labours. Esic also promotes lot of sport culture and other extra curricular activities. Very Less toxic atmosphere as compared to other corporate offices. No issues for any leaves etc Overall a good organization to work.
