    Neutral Outlook

I worked at ESBI full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

-Well renowned company. -Good life-work balance.

    Cons

-Massive amount of external consultants and companies (such as Deloitte, EY, Accenture, Tata, ... ), which helps the company lose control of operations. -Lack of communication. The only way you will get an answer is when the recipient of the email is wrong. Otherwise you have to insist A LOT (and an answer is not 100% guaranteed). -Lack of career plans (Despite the size of the company). -HR and Management lie to you. -Company not encouraging internal promotion and prefer to recruit outside the company. -Salary under average for sector. -Cross-functional learning nonexistent. -Feeling of being lost and alone.
