      Pros

      It's a white collar job and the job market is tough so I'm staying until I find something better.

      Cons

      Where to start? Managment is dysfunctional, ( they and openly talk about only reason they are staying is to have their equity vest then leave), they continue to do business in Russia (but will do everything they can to hide that fact), they refuse to provide adequate resources to do one's job well (but will work you to the bone) and provide conflicting guidance at every turn.

      - Well known brand - Good people to work with - When allowed freedom, work is enjoyable

      - New management every year with new direction causing concerns with key customers - Global management only cares about stock price at any cost (to an extreme level) - North American management has no experience or appreciation of commercial side of business - Don’t expect your voice to be heard, regardless of the facts behind it
