      Coworkers help each other out.

      Cons

      Manufacturing management is heavily toxic and discourages communication with quality. There is a lot of petty drama with management. Management micromanages people. Don’t even try to put in good work because there is no recognition for it. Technicians are literally overworked and overtime is common

      Management isn't the greatest and tend to micromanage A LOT. Departments and your team will constantly contact you after hours and weekends to work.
