Everything else- management plays favorites - coworkers get treated unfair and you can work like a dog and do an awesome job at what you do and be a great MA who the docs likes but it won’t matter your may just get fired for some made up reason cause one of the favorite MAs didn’t like u and she was a managers little pet.

Little flexibility with time off, family, emergencies. Small office with a small staff which causes too much involvement and interest in one another’s personal lives/business, lack of training, lack of consistency
