Great co-workers, decent pay and benefits

Cons

Top management does not care about anything more than lining their pockets. There is virtually no HR to speak of; Middle Management does what ever they please and senior management pretty much looks the other way as long as they are making money.

Remote work and that’s the only pro

Cons

Too many process and micromanagement. This company does not want people with ideas and process improvements. They want you to sit quiet and do as you’re told running a dictatorship. Those that stay are very timid and don’t speak up for themselves. Management sticks up for management.

With the exception of management, and a couple of technicians, the staff is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Cons

Going to work every day wondering if today is going to be the day that you lose your job. Bending over backwards to ensure that everyone's job is easier, only to be pulled aside to point out your faults? Opening your e-mail in the morning and finding a series of discouraging emails that put you down written by management at all hours of the night.
