The management at head office give no recognition to hard working employees who want to progress in the company. The staff retention is awful. If your face doesn't fit you will be eventually managed out. I left after three and a half years. I applied for many internal positions but heard nothing. The internal structure is very disorganised and unprofessional.

Senior leaders lack strong direction, there is no defined strategy or road map for the business. Everyone walks around on egg shells, and if one thing is wrong we have to go back to the beginning. Often battling internal head winds ie SLT because the brief has changed many times and then the launch of the campaign is delayed. Avoidable stress and pressure.
