      Good place to learn but not to stay for long

      Pros

      Good learning environment because you learn on the job. You are able to experience the full cycle of recruitment (since opening the job to the termination of the contract)

      Cons

      Not very dynamic in terms of clients. The clients are usually the same. Poor systems.
