      Above average salary in Portugal Assurance of effective contract in the end of the trainee program with a very good entry salary for Portugal Possibility to try 2 different areas of business Different backgrounds and nationalities amongst trainees Possibility to go abroad for 6 months: Spain, France, Paris, UK, Italy, Brazil, US

      Completly unstructured - poor HR work Lack of assitance and financial help to those going abroad Lack of follow up from HR Possibility of being placed in one of the rotations in a team that has no use for a trainee - "intern" like work
