I worked for Dynamic Promotions for 16 months. It was one of the best opportunities I could have ever gotten. Fresh out of college its hard to get a job in el paso because everyone required experience(especially with a marketing degree.) Dynamic gives you the opportunity to get management, training, and recruiting experience. No other company will take a person in and is willing to teach all of that! I worked very hard every day and I made at least $600-$800 per week. The products are great, as long as you master the systems they teach you at their office you should be doing amazing. The managers and overall the president are great people who truly care about your growth within the business but also think of you as an asset to the company, There are so many travel opportunities- and the best part is that you get to choose where (most times) and they pay for your flight and hotel. When traveling to Sams or Costco to do the promotions you do use your own car and gas but the gas is reimbursed. Only if you drive from the office. It will show on your paycheck. Like my title says: "only the right people with great motives and mind set make it" its very true, you have to really be determined, strong minded and have a great attitude about life and strive to be successful at anything. Dynamic promotions will change peoples character for the best- It made me 100% better person.

I have been with this company for a few months and I have to tell you, it has changed my life. In the beginning, I wasn't sure what I was getting into but I quickly learned that this is normal for most people. If you are strong enough to push yourself, this opportunity will give you more then you have ever dreamed of. You find yourself looking at the bigger picture and making it work for you. Most people in the world are in the mindset of being an employee and that's fine. This place is for the person who wants to be more, do more and have complete control their life, time, pay and ability to move up. This place ignites your deepest dreams and drives you to push them into reality. We are use to paying for school, this place pays you to learn and better yourself. I mean lets face it, who doesn't want to make 75K a year with that fresh new degree you just earned?
