- HR gloss over issues. Constantly ask for and receive negative feedback and then ignore it and never speak of it again
- Staff morale at an all time low. Everyone is being so rude to each other and there is a lot of politics even at lower levels.
- Outdated policies and procedures. A tick box organisation with no genuine care for their staff.
- If you go to HR with an issue, they get to chose wether or not to reply to you. If they do, they will take weeks to do so.
