Pros
Company is good in terms of knowledge, learning and skill development. They even promote and appreciate talented people and hard work. Team is quite enthusiastic and if have basics clear everyone will there to help you but if basic is not clear you may face some problems and it may effect your performance as well. Timings are good and they give flexibility. Leaves can be provided if you inform beforehand. Overall its an excellent company to work with and you can see lots of things in front of your eyes which will be beneficial to you as well.
Cons
Appreciation is crucial but they don't give any appraisal based on your inputs they only do the standard appraisal of 10% doesn't matter what you do for them this is one biggest turn down for the company and many valuable assets of the company are lost in course of year. Some people are hired only because they ask for less salary and hence they are unable to cope in small time period and they make mistakes for which entire team has to face consequences. Delivery is a really a problem. Management expects the sales people to convince the customer for delay in supply and the question the persuasive skill of sales man asking " why can't you convince the customer......". I don't understand concept of it, if projects are getting delayed they should rather question the managerial skills of production and technical team rather than sales.
