Small salary compared to market

The Engineering Manager has very poor communication skills, puts extreme pressure on employees, and speaks in an unprofessional way. The work environment became stressful and unhealthy over time. Communication and management style within the engineering department need significant improvement, with excessive pressure placed on employees. There were concerns about fairness and consistency in employee evaluations. Testing teams are undervalued because testers are evaluated by Squad Leads from non-QA backgrounds, which can affect fair assessment of QA performance. Salaries are significantly below current market standards.
