Pros

Laid back culture, friendly staff, flexible schedule, good location of office, uses some of latest software solutions internally, drupal community is fun and quirky

Cons

They hired a graduate entry level and gave little training and no process, I was thrown into something with a wrong title, no resources and little support or desire to collaborate from my remote so-called teammates. When they realized they needed a completely different type of experience they just walked me to the door with no explanation, and no interest in salvaging the relationships I had built. I was left with no way to contact the people expecting meetings halfway across the world, and no feedback whatsoever.

Pros

Flexible schedule, remote work, open source community.

Cons

New leadership has taken away the values of the company. Running it more as a for-profit business than a non-profit.
