      Over promises and under delivers!

      Pros

      Great promising staff - generally young and smart CEO has really good intentions but it stops but management level

      Cons

      I started at Drover with high hopes and high confidence. They promise big and talk big but don’t deliver! I got put in a corner and left to do my work when I was over qualified for the position. Eventually was told to decide what to do as our team was becoming obsolete and I “had till March”! They have broken down my confidence and now I find my self having to start from scratch They tried creating a good culture but it’s fallen flat in the year I have been there

      Building a fantastic product/marketplace, plenty of opportunity, fun environment

      Pros

      - Car subscription space is hot for very good reason - great industry to be working in and we have leading product/marketplace - There's lots to do to realise the opportunity, therefore challenging & exciting work - Fun environment and colleagues - Sensible attitude balancing pragmatism and ambition from founders in order to build a great business - Good working hours/work life balance. - Plenty of different teams to match different skillsets

      - None major - Suited to people happy with ambiguity and able to take ownership and initiative

      Pros

      The people and friends you make within the work place make working everyday fun and bearable. Its a great place to start for graduates, the experience you get is extensive.

      Cons

      people should be promoted based on skills not their relationship with their manager.
