Pros

The company has great culture and zero micro-management. I know people who worked here for more than 10 years and have been so comfortable with the work-life balance, that they didn't want to move out until retirement. That's how good the work culture here is!

Cons

Hike/Career growth-these are the only cons but otherwise the company is great!
