      Paycheck is good Growth opportunities are good, since very low employee retention

      Cons

      No Work Life Balance: They expect you to work 14 hrs a day and 7 days a week (Yes it is true). Frequent Firings/Resignation Politics Toxic work culture: CEO abusing higher management is a norm, threat of firing is given now and then, Obselete Technology stack Requirements are never finalised and they need the product launch the very next day (yes if not then threat of entire team getting fired)

      No HR no seniors , all are slaves of company founder

      Cons

      I worked as Admin manager for few months and saw the horrible environment and left the job. Company founder literally abuse employees and beat yes I said beat. I saw this environment and HR very senior guys was standing in front and seeing all these like a DUMMY. Please guys think many many times before join this organisation even they promise to pay handsome amount. However if you sell your dignity then you may go ahead. Needless to say work life balance is hell here.
