Pros

Have been working with this company since 1997 as a client and an employee since 2007. The culture of care toward clients and employees is beyond words. This company changes lives. That is said in a lot of places but it starts from the core values from the CEO throughout the whole staff. I feel privileged to be a part of this team.

Cons

There are no cons that I have run across.

Pros

I have been with Drive for a little over a year now. I truly enjoy my job and everyone I work with. With remote companies, sometimes communication can be a challenge. At Drive, we have regular team meetings and updates - the company as a whole exhibits excellent collaboration and communication. Everyone goes out of their way to support and help each other in every situation I have encountered. Drive is a forward-thinking company with a strong emphasis on growth and sustainability. We are constantly evolving and improving to better serve our clients and help everyone succeed. We have a very talented, creative, dedicated & diverse group of people working in sync to help our clients achieve their dreams and I am very thankful that I get to be a part of it.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but sometimes I do miss actually going into an office and having face-to-face interactions.

Pros

If you enjoy helping others, this is the place for you. Everyone operates as a team company-wide. It doesn't matter what department you work for, everyone always contributes to find solutions. Other pros, would be the benefits this company offers such as paid time off, health insurance, 401K, and bonuses based on production.

Cons

Only con would be not being able to step out for lunch with co-workers.
