Pros
Nothing I can think of
Cons
Working at Drip Capital was an exhausting, stressful, and ultimately demoralizing experience. The company’s constant cycle of hiring and firing made it feel like no one’s job was ever truly safe. Layoffs happened frequently, often with little warning and no clear communication. It felt like the company was just as quick to let people go as they were to bring them on board, creating a culture of instability and fear. Instead of focusing on building a strong, committed team, it seemed like management was more interested in cutting costs at any expense, leaving employees anxious and uncertain about their future. On top of this, the work-life balance was non-existent. Long hours, unmanageable expectations, and constant pressure took a serious toll on personal well-being. Employees were constantly stretched thin, with little support or recognition for the work they put in. The lack of transparency and empathy during layoffs only added to the frustration, making it clear that the company cared more about its bottom line than the people who helped build it. Overall, Drip Capital felt like a revolving door of uncertainty, and I would never recommend it to anyone looking for a stable or respectful work environment.
