Lack of proper leadership was detrimental to retaining good employees.

1. Their version of training is they throw you a video. If you have question, you have to find someone who can help you. There is no training. Its sink or swim. 2. Regional Managers all drink the same Kool aide. They will throw you under the bus. Will not support or back you up. They focus on what you've done wrong and no recognition when you get rave reviews. 3. They expect you to run a construction team with no training. 4. You sit in a 3 hour meeting listening to and old narcistic man exhorting his power and will disrespect you should you speak your mind. 5. Company culture: high turn over rate. Very clickish.
