Pros
- Good human beings. This is the most important thing for me. Our team has a communicative and collaborative culture. Team members have gone out of their way to help me - Great Product - We are kicking our competitor's butts in most areas - Financially Stable company - This is important for job security as we all slog through this recession! - Compensation package is in line with industry standards - Work / Life balance is excellent, the team is extremely accommodating to various life situations - Nice office spaces with free lunch on days we are all in the office together + snacks/drinks. - Ultimately people vote with their feet, and many people at DV have worked here for years!
Cons
No company is perfect, so there will always be "room for improvement" in certain areas... But so far I've seen us work to improve in said areas and that's the most important thing!
