      Pros

      Very competent people at virtually every level of the company. There's always disagreement about management decisions, and this place is no different, but the staff is first rate, and the pay isn't bad either.

      Cons

      Lots of responsibility right away. This is a small company.

      Pros

      The work is interesting and the product this company produces is pretty cool. The learning curve is pretty steep, but they give you time to learn and you become pretty knowledgeable over time. Clients all over the world so there are opportunities to travel to foreign countries.

      Sometimes clients are promised too much with too few resources to meet the deadlines

      I learned some good technical skills on my own !

      Cons

      -Senior mgt does not have a clue as to what the industry really needs. -No meetings -No reviews -No appreciation -No training -NO INCREMENT at all -Frequent pay cuts -No JOB security! -low pay -Only ONE good senior developer is running the show...rest of the team has no clue about the position of the company in the market. -management treated so badly -No upward mobility -No career planning -Policy and Procedures are written on the fly -LIARS! They lie about everything and anything !! -Mgt won't spend even a dime on infrastructure/IT
