Pros

No pros. A terrible, terrible company to work for !!

Cons

I worked at Doceree as a software engineer, and I can honestly say it was one of the most disappointing professional experiences of my career. The management is completely clueless and disconnected from reality. There’s no real vision, no leadership—just a bunch of arrogant senior folks who love to throw their weight around without contributing anything meaningful. Feedback is never welcomed—questioning bad decisions is seen as insubordination. The work culture is suffocating. Colleagues often feel like they're just waiting for the day to end. There's zero enthusiasm, no collaboration, and barely any conversations that aren't just passive-aggressive or politically motivated. You walk into the office, and it genuinely feels like a graveyard. Everyone looks drained, demotivated, and mentally checked out. Office politics run the place. Promotions and visibility depend more on buttering up the right people than actual performance. Mediocrity thrives because the talented people either leave or get sidelined by insecure seniors. The quality of talent is shockingly poor—especially considering the ambitions the company claims to have. There's no culture of learning or innovation. Just endless meetings, unclear goals, and poor communication. If you care about your mental health, career growth, or basic self-respect, I'd strongly advise you to stay far away from Doceree. The company may look promising on the outside, but inside it's a toxic mess run by ego and politics.

While we’re sorry to hear that your experience at Doceree didn’t meet your expectations, we take all input seriously and view it as an opportunity to reflect and grow. That said, the depiction shared doesn’t align with the experience of many current and former team members who are passionate, driven, and dedicated to building something meaningful. We recognize that every organization faces challenges, and we are continuously working to improve communication, leadership alignment, and our workplace culture. At Doceree, we remain committed to fostering an environment of innovation, accountability, and professional development. Pros

The company offers a competitive salary with timely growth opportunities. The work environment is supportive and encourages learning, while the culture promotes collaboration, respect, and a healthy work-life balance

Cons

Workload can get demanding at times, requiring strong time management. Some processes could be streamlined further, and cross-team communication has room for improvement.
