A Company Where Employees Don’t Matter

Pros

Discount for the hugely overpriced items they sell

Cons

This company is a mess from the top down. Leadership has no real strategy, no direction, and no interest in fixing the chaos they’ve created. Everything feels disorganised, inconsistent, and poorly managed. The culture is toxic. People leave constantly with zero transparency, and it’s obvious employees are treated as disposable. There’s almost no investment in training, development, or support, and staff are left feeling undervalued and ignored. Overall, it’s an unstable, demoralising place to work with leadership that simply doesn’t care.

Pros

immediate team are genuinely amazing they supportive, kind and incredibly understanding. There are some truly lovely people across the business who work hard and try their best despite the environment. Sometimes fun things happen in the office.

Cons

There is no clear path upwards, no genuine opportunity to move into higher roles. People stay stuck regardless of effort or performance. External candidates are always favoured higher than the current staff. Bullying is a real problem here, and it’s incredibly disheartening that it’s either dismissed, minimised, or brushed aside. There’s no consistent action taken to protect staff or address toxic behaviour. Expectations are completely unrealistic for the number of people and hours in the day. You’re expected to work past your contracted hours, but there’s no TOIL, and no way to claim the time back, it’s simply treated as part of the job. The more you work yourself to the point of burnout the more you are praised. Real issues are never addressed whether it’s bullying, workload, systems, or structural problems, nothing truly gets resolved. Problems are rarely ever acknowledged or acted upon. Profit over people and their true physical and mental wellbeing.
