Pros
Honestly, this is the best job I’ve had, which makes it hard to list real downsides. The work is challenging and interesting, we use very modern tools, and AI is deeply integrated into the product - which also means a fast pace and high standards.
It’s not always easy to find people who think and work the same way I do, but here it’s very close, creating a strong and well-aligned professional environment.
The people are smart, professional, and great to work with, and the atmosphere is genuinely fun, with a lot of humor involved.
The company is hybrid, and while we don’t come into the office every day, in-person time is still an important part of the culture. I personally enjoy coming in to meet everyone.
That tone was clear even during the interview process, where the HR and my direct manager stood out from other workplaces by setting clear expectations and making the experience feel honest and human.
