Pros

Joining helps build your resume because they have a really competent CTO and CMO

Cons

The CEO refuses to pay employees in anything but hunger games like battles for a few weeks sharing an airbnb like hacker house It's bad enough to work with such a lack of compensation as well as the mass hiring of unpaid interns to do 80% of the work on the app, I also think because of how little they care about the customers, other startups like Geneva chat, have sored way past them. This startup had potential, but now, with all the apps and tools built in this space because of the pandemic, I don't imagine this company lasting another 3 years. They wanted to waste time on changing buttons and with random useless features for college students and lost their timing in the market. There are a few ways they can fix it, but I doubt they would listen to the employees or their app reviews to do so.
