Very results-oriented, clear goals and expectations, you own your projects, No BS, no unnecessary meetings, no micromanagement. Great HR team.
Cons
Subjected to the tides of the market. Dito was amongst the first companies to lay off a good portion of their staff at the end of 2022, mainly because they were overstaffed in an attempt to grow fast.
Fullly Remote Work. Friendly leadership. Great place to learn.
Cons
Layoffs are common. Went from 80 to 130ish in about a year a while back but then had 2 major cuts take it down to the low 40s with some people still being let go. No raise or bonus while I was there.
