      Pros

      They allow remote work. Relocation outside India as they do not hire local people.

      Cons

      They will ask you to relocate but will not provide relocation support. Layoffs are common and your life can be uprooted in any of the layoffs. There is culture of finding scapegoats and as business is not doing good, sales leaders throw team members under the bus to save their jobs.

      Pros

      Work from home option. Frequent changes in strategy and constant confusion, so there is always some work to do.

      Cons

      After the last round of funding, the company has had frequent layoffs and stuggling to grow. Product is lagging by few years as there are no leaders in engineering team. Sales team has junior people who were promoted as leaders and are failing fast. Customer success team does everything except for reducing churn. Finance team ensures there is enough money for leadership meetings and travel to exotic locations. Co founders have responded to this crisis by hiring more friends and promoting order followers.
