Good Place to Work Inside Sales

Great owners that care about their people; interesting products with features and benefits to sell; excellent training; protected area;

Cons

Pay was a little low but considering their market and competition, it was appropriate when you hit your numbers and the bonuses kicked in. The numbers were quite reasonable.

Pros

Small company. Fair wages. Good benefits. No nights, weekends, or holidays. Fun and interesting products. Really good and very nice customers! Great co-workers, many whom have longevity with the company.

Cons

A lot of change in management and turn over in employees as a long term pattern. In 2014 three main managers were laid off.

Pros

Great work/life balance and no pressure to work overtime. The company has been going through a lot of rapid yet positive changes and updates throughout the last 2 years. Senior management is open to new ideas and is very involved in day to day work.

Cons

Change is difficult for many at this company and it seems to hinder growth. Way too much time spent re-training on simple tasks. Lots of passive employees, low energy atmosphere.
