Top “Sales” Person is favored a lot within management and company. This person is very shady. Deleting work out of the system to claim a lead and work it himself, watching over other people’s work to see what he can take and then work to get the sale and you’ll never know unless you’re paying super close attention to who and what you’re working with.

No stipends for using own laptop, cell, internet etc. No real training on the land buying/ selling process. Or any training in general. Only 2 sales people have been there for over a year (big red flag). They will be your best resource. The Sales Manager is arrogant and quite frankly, uneducated making the job even less enjoyable. Gives females access to more leads. Not the type of person you want to help get rich. The slew of positive” reviews after a negative comment about him only prove the validity of the negative ones. The commission is unattainable due to an extremely high unpreventable cancel rate. It is very much indeed cutthroat sales culture. No concern for employee or customer…just collecting the monthly payments.
