Not always fully staffed and sometimes it takes a while to make hires but that is not the fault of managers

I was given loads of responsibility and complicated caseloads with virtually no training. Despite not having any training to speak of, perfection was expected and I found myself working 50+ hours a week just to avoid getting my wrist slapped. I got tired of being yelled at by clients for not knowing what I was doing (I didn't), and tired of the gossipy and biased work environment.
