      Runs like a startup but scaling to larger size

      Pros

      People work hard and are friendly

      Cons

      The company is run like a startup but they are scaling to a larger size and the current processes likely won't support the new client-base. People are overworked and almost everything is presented as a top priority, which makes for a toxic work environment where the general expectation seems to be that you overwork yourself to meet the needs of the company. Working over on occasion is one thing, but it's more of the norm here. Communication is lacking / non-existent.

      Pros

      I like that we don't feel pressured by our peers or supervisors to stay late. You can work independently but there's also lots of opportunities to learn from others as well as help others. As long as you get in on time & do your job well, you will have no issues here.

      Cons

      I've noticed a few people who are just here to collect a paycheck and don't talk or work as teams. This is not the majority though.
