-Simple, easy to learn onboarding process -Straightforward work tasks -Remote work option -Ability to be creative with written drafts -Bottom-up management style (no micro management) -Lots of potential to learn about the booming digital marketing sector
Cons
-Overwhelming workload at times (minimum X4000 words quota per day of cleanly written copy, which was backlogged at times as you had to collab with other co-workers too) -A sense of a lack of direction at the start left me scrambling to figure it out on my own -No promotion or room for growth potential -The manager/CEO didn't respond as promptly to issues, so sometimes there was miscommunication -No employee benefits whatsoever -Confusion over how bonuses work, as although I seemed to qualify I never received any
