Pros

- flexible working hours and for the IT, we are work from home setup - newly hired have trainings before the actual work - other than onboarding trainings, have inhouse training to improve one skills - for the technology, on Software Development team, have dedicated account on AI to speed up the tasks - have team building activities with other teams - there are events in the office when there are occasion like halloween, mother, fathers day etc.

Cons

- long working hours if there are releases - since we are software development needed to cope with/study new technologies - since we are remote we don't actually have participation on the events on the office - since we are remote and if the devices we are using at work is damaged we are need to wait for the replacement, or go back to the office - since we are wfh setup if there are no internet, we can't work

Pros

There are some dedicated employees who genuinely care about their work and support one another. The experience can provide exposure to different areas of the business.

Cons

The company struggles with employee retention, and it's easy to understand why. Pay is not competitive compared to similar positions in the area, making it difficult to attract and retain qualified employees. Benefits are another major concern. Healthcare costs are high, leaving employees paying a significant amount out of pocket. PTO is also limited. Below than average holidays given. Employees in other company locations appear to receive more generous time-off benefits, creating a perception of unequal treatment across the organization. Leadership often seems disconnected from employee concerns, and feedback does not appear to result in meaningful changes. Morale is low, turnover is high, and many employees feel undervalued despite their hard work and dedication.
