      Pros

      - really great people - freedom to build and shape your desk - good rewards for top performers - good senior management team who care - fun parties and staff events - working hours and work/life balance - nice office and location is close to transport

      Cons

      - more work from home options would be nice - at times the culture is too ‘laddy’

      Pros

      Good hours (9-5) in London. Some good incentives

      Cons

      This company is the definition of 'disappointing' in so many ways. The behaviour of senior people across the business is nothing short of appalling, there is essentially nothing you can do at that level to be fired (I.e gross misconduct or bullying). There is no learning & development function, or training offered. No career plan or way to progress. It is a clique-y environment. Very high turn over of staff. Poor office culture of low achievers.

      Working with like-minded people. By that I mean If you want a working environment where everybody looks, talks and acts like you then this place would be ideal for you.

      - Lack of professionalism. - Salary. - Crude. - Vertical Management.
