It's not a startup. It's a sham. They have filled this place with old,Yes Boss-Yes Boss speaking people(at management level), who knows nothing but to irritate people who work.And not just that. These guys have joined loooong after we had made our systems stable. Once you enter this office, you don't get a feeling of a startup. I feel like I have joined some silly company where people are blaming each other and often these are the people who are running away from their work. Why do you think people join a startup? You think you will get visibility? May be you will be rewarded for your hardwork at the time of appraisals? That we will have a great future if we stay with them? Nope. Not here. This company bought up rankings/grades/appraisals. They are treating us the same way who joined last year end.Let me remind you, we worked extremely hard, day and night, supported on weekends, just to make sure we reach our goals. It wasn't them who helped you achieve this. It was us. Forget the compensation. You haven't even recognized us. Dear Management, please save your core employees (those who joined in the beginning). Trust me, they are realllllly valuable. Some of the managers are really horrible. They talk like they own us. Remember this, our numbers(those who work) may be small, but it's us who work and get the things done. Not you and not even those you support(your favorites). When there is no one under you to bully, who will work??? Change your attitude. It's not late.

Ridiculous management. they treat you like a slave and don't have any professionalism. management keeps calling you on weekends and holidays and also make developers work till midnight sometimes due to some tight deadlines. they can assign you any work regardless of your skills and keep switching your teams frequently. mainly there's no work life balance.
