      Pros

      I liked the actual work that was being done. I had a very good relationship with most of my co-workers.

      Cons

      Upper management is somewhat cut throat. They don't treat their employees as though they are valuable. Long hours and you are expected to stay late and come to work on weekends if needed. No compensation is given since all project managers are salary.

      The company is well established and not going to go under

      Cons

      There's constant change, they are now owned by a multinational, there's no 401K right now, the health insurance is bad, and they cut everyone's pay because of losses due to covid

      Pros

      So many great people! Many staff have been there for 10+ years, friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      Lack of organization/vision in upper management. There have been many mishandled changes in the last year or so which has lead to lots of confusion and decreased morale. Expectations and roles unclear and misleading. They don't know what they want and, therefore, are unable to clearly hire and train for what they need. Tread VERY carefully if you find yourself interviewing in a department with only one other person. I was hired for a management position and quickly discovered that they wanted a more clerical role.
