      Pros

      Market exposure. Professional. Positive. Staff are experienced and proficient. I think the culture was good.

      Cons

      Pay is average. There are a few old school perspectives. Diversity isn’t really represented in the office.

      Office is fantastic: Great view, amenities, and location

      Cons

      The company is very beauracratic. Many layers of approval needed to get anything done even if common sense. For example, you need to get approval and safety training or something to use the bbq on the balacony.
