Terrible management from the top down. Finger pointing/Blame culture. Bullied into doing unsustainable hours. No thanks or acknowledgment after working 60 - 70 hours per week for months to get jobs over the line. Overtime is mandatory, no exceptions. More catty than a hair salon. Empty promises of career progression within the company. No concern over employees welfare. Multiple colleagues ended up medically unfit for work due to stress
