      Decent pay for area Interesting equipment and techs to help learn A lot of autonomy

      Cons

      Minimal support if asking for help Can be long hours and constant phone calls Time off doesn't really seem like time off Work pretty much all year between you and the staff that works for you

      Top management are all Italian. Low pay. Filthy environment. High turnover.

      Not very many good reasons

      Cons

      Poor communication, they claim to be family oriented but only when it's their family, have overhead supervisors talking down on employees, training isn't good at all, they talk about employees in Italian so we can't understand them...do not recommend at all
