      Horrible Management in IT

      Pros

      Flexible work arrangements. I could work from the Riverbend office or Westmount for a day and remote for rest of the week

      Cons

      I'm IT, everyone who can be called "Senior" or "Executive", is a reason for a lot of attrition. No new VP survived for more than 6 months. I'm fact vintaged AVPs and VPs excited the company after being fed up of this management.
