- Great place to explore and learn new technologies. - Wide IT area variety. - Up-to-date technologies. - There are many young minds with plenty of great ideas and you can surely contribute with your own. - International environment were you can evolve your English skills. - Reasonable benefits if you belong to the company's board. - Hybrid work opportunity, although limited.
Cons
- No so well defined strategy. - Poor career opportunities. - Difficulty to learn from the past, therefore making the same mistakes over and over. - Very strict working schedule. - Poor work/life balance, one needs to present justification for every personal matter.
