      Pros

      (Mostly) terrific team members. Everyone seemed to want everyone else to thrive. The “mission” felt good. We were encouraged to grow into our roles, and learn new skills.

      Cons

      Mixed signals from leadership. Frequent, confusing conflict between leadership and a perpetually-self-unaware-bro-culture-champion company owner.

      The work and the clients are the heart and soul of Dear World. Dear World is is a customer obsessed organization. Building methodology to highlight the stories of individuals, and how individual stories play a part in the larger story of an organization, a college campus, and communities.
