Management has no clue how to act professionally and has no sense of how to keep people happy. They will do whatever it takes to make you bend to their will. Oh and when they offer you a twelve cent pay raise, they will go back on it cause that little bit is “not in the budget”

The managers make up rules, I’m sure the men supervisors in the call center are beating their meat to women, the women supervisors are horrible. Micro management, invading privacy, making up rules as they go along. Do not work here if you’re black or a woman. Interviews for advancement go nowhere if you’re not kissing up
