      Fast-paced startup tackling challenging issues + great benefits with work/life balance

      Pros

      Fast paced company wrestling with critical issues in the healthcare industry. Datica is open to new ideas and all employees are encouraged to ask questions and be engaged in decisions at all levels of the company. The company is very transparent - and happy to share information about financials and the "why" behind big decisions. Benefits are incredible - unlimited vacation

      Cons

      In a rapid environment, there's a risk of whip-lash; the thing you were working on for 6 months could be thrown out a moment's notice - and you'll need to switch gears to a new endeavor. (That's also exciting, though!) As a young company, there are a lot of growing pains the company is working through, but no more than what would be expected from a company of it's size/age.
