      Pros

      I am currently working at Datansh, and it has been a wonderful experience so far. The company has a great work environment and a positive work culture that encourages growth and collaboration. It’s a really good place for learning and enhancing skills, as I’ve gained a lot of knowledge during my time here. Overall, I’m having a great time working at Datansh and highly recommend it to anyone looking for both professional growth and a supportive workplace.

      Team is good and supportive until both CEO are not involved.

      Cons

      The company's work culture is toxic. Employees are often undervalued, blamed falsely, and fired without warning. Promises made during hiring are not kept — they say there's no time pressure, but after joining, the reality is completely different. At appraisal time, unnecessary pressure is created just to push employees out. The variable part of the salary is often used as a trap so they don’t have to pay it later. Overall, it’s a place where you soon regret your decision to join.
