      Pros

      You'll find a few very talented people who have been in the company for a long time.

      Cons

      1. The new people have been given way too much power. Honestly, one of the worst managers you could ever work with. 2. No structure, no reviews, no appreciation. 3. Only a couple of people actually know whats happening and how to fix if something breaks. Creating abundant dependency on oneself. 4. Nothing, Absolutely nothing to learn in terms of new technology here. In short, just a bunch of liars. You'll be blindsided easy.

      Pros

      Quick interview process with no background check. Witness senior leadership publicly humiliate their management team in front of the rest of the company. Great work life balance. Get to work on niche cybersecurity use cases around data and compliance. WFH 2 days per week but, no one cares so long as you do come in now and then. No dress code.

      Cons

      No real direction on product or business strategy. Senior leaders are often contradicting each other. Fast revolving door within the senior leadership.

      Pros

      I have started my work with DataStealth recently. I must say interview process was great. Staff is very friendly and supportive. On boarding process is well thought out. I found company is very upfront about goal and open to provide more support to anyone who want to grow with company. I cant not wait to learn more and contribute.
